Description of Service

FutureSignals is an automated, source-linked news aggregation platform focused on developments shaping the next 5–30 years. The Service ingests content from publicly available sources, generates original summaries using artificial intelligence, and provides scored, clustered news items that link back to the original source.

FutureSignals is an aggregator, not a publisher. All original content belongs to its respective sources and authors. The Service provides normalized titles, AI-generated summaries, and outbound links — it does not republish full articles.

User Accounts

You may create an account to access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

Intellectual Property

Content displayed on FutureSignals — including titles, summaries, and classifications — is generated by our automated systems. Original articles, research papers, and media belong to their respective authors and publishers.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from FutureSignals' curated feed, scoring data, or classification systems without prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk without authorization
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FutureSignals does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content displayed.

In no event shall FutureSignals be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
